Treadmill Assessment

Faris is one of our Physio’s and he has very kindly allowed me to show you how your feet play a major role in musculoskeletal balance, symmetry and subsequent injuries.
Faris has hind foot collapse. Worse on his left than his right foot but he has it in both feet. This is where your heel bone does not remain square to the ground, on weightbearing, due to lax ligaments through the foot. If you loot at the video’s below you will be able to see this occuring and also because his left heel collapses more than his right it is causing a leg length discrepancy with his left leg appearing shorter than his right.

All of these issue’s can be identified and treated here at The Physical Therapy Clinic.
