Cookie policy
Last updated: October 2026.
The short version
This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click through. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, which UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, PECR) allows without asking for consent.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, or to remember or track visitors.
Cookies we use
Visitors to the website do not receive any cookies from us. A secure sign-in cookie is set only when a member of clinic staff logs in to the website’s private admin area, to keep them signed in. It is strictly necessary, is not used for tracking, and expires when the session ends.
Third-party websites
Our Book online button and our Facebook link take you to other websites, which are run by other organisations and may use their own cookies. Please see their policies. We don’t control them.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. For guidance, visit ico.org.uk. Questions? Email andy@physiotherapypro.co.uk or read our privacy policy.
